Welcome to Caitlin in the Kitchen!
Hi and welcome to my page. I'm pretty new at this blogging thing so you will have to bear with me.
I'm a stay at home mommy of two with one on the way, so as you can imagine I do spend a good amount of time in the kitchen.
My husband comes from a big Burmese family, and they love food. There is always something on the stove. My favorite dinner was the night Shay (my father-in-law) couldn't decide between spaghetti and meatballs and steak....so we had both!
Whenever we go home to visit, my sister-in-law and I always end up baking something sweet and delicious. Finding a new variation on Tiramisu is always our favorite.
Their love of food has inspired me to start experimenting on my own. I'm still pretty new in the kitchen but I love cooking and decided to share some of my favorite things!
